The Packers Scouting Report on The San Fran 49ers

Offense: Probably the best play calling of anybody I have played so far. Mixes up his runs and passes well. Does not always run on "running downs" nor does he pass on "passing downs". Def keeps you guessing. Relies on Gore and Vernon Davis (as he should). Need a WR playmaker. Need a better O-Line. Can get to Alex Smith easily and he will make mistakes. Plays well between the 20's
Defense - Will have to update after playing him again. Cannot say I remember much about it
Special Teams - Avg kickoff returner. Makes smart decisions on punt returns (fair catch vs return). Missed a couple 50+ yd FGs when we played. Was on target, just short.
